How many hours and what is the average cost
Hello and thanks for your question average cost I want to say is about 150 per linear foot average time you know it really comes down to your manpower your develop process and your abilities we could do an airstream a full size airstream in about 2 days we've done small ones in one day complete cut semi finish cyclo and ceramic coat I think the average person takes probably about a good 1 to 2 weeks I hope that helps You're more than welcome to reach out to me for more questions thank you

we try to get all the compound and dirt of during our proccess the best we can we do not wipe it after we are done

Did you only sand the tank with a 220 grit then cut?
Hey buddy hello and thank you for your inquiry we we do sand with 220 180 and 320 grit We use A DA dual action center or we also will use a direct drive disc sander depending depending on the workpiece
Can it be ceramic coated or clear coated afterwards to protect the metal and stop it corroding? Great work btw!
That’s neat.I have a 1980’s beach cruiser the kick stand have some light rust maybe it’s stainless steel but I want to get it cleaned
Speeds sanding ends in better result using a interface pad extra thick
I agree but that is a little more advance and requires some knowledge on sanding Techniques
@@sammy3627 yes interface pad and going slow to keep your rotary marks tight so they easier to cut out
@@sammy3627 if rotary sand correctly you don't need to follow up with a dual action sander
